1 cup GF flour mixture* 1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup cornmeal 1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, mixing just until moistened. Pour into a greased 8” round or square baking dish. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
