Gluten Free Baking Flour


This mixture is a good basic substitute for all purpose four.  It doesn't work in everything, but it is a simple combination to mix up and is a great base for some GF recipes like our Cornbread and Apple Crumble recipe.  I always have some of this mixed up and ready to go! 

Mix thoroughly:

2 cups rice flour (brown or white, your choice)

2/3 cup potato starch (not flour)

1/3 cup tapioca flour

1 tsp. xanthan gum

What a great party!
